Accessing Your cPanel Dashboard for the First Time

Your cPanel dashboard is your command center. We’ve organized it to be clean, logical, and focused on what you actually need to do.

Two ways to access your cPanel:

Method 1: Through your Cloudzyro Client Dashboard (Recommended)

Step 1: Log into your Cloudzyro client area

1. Go to dash.cloudzyro.com
2. Enter your email address and password (the same credentials you use for your Cloudzyro account)
3. Click “Login”

Step 2: Navigate to your hosting service

1. Look for “My Services” or “Active Products/Services” in your client dashboard
2. Find your web hosting package in the list
3. Click on your hosting service to view its details

Step 3: Access cPanel

1. Look for “Login to cPanel” button or link in your service details
2. Click “Login to cPanel”
3. You’ll be automatically logged into cPanel without entering credentials again

This method is more secure because it uses single sign-on, so you don’t need to remember separate cPanel passwords.

Method 2: Direct cPanel Access

If you prefer direct access or need to bookmark your cPanel:

1. Use the cPanel URL from your welcome email
2. Enter your cPanel username and password
3. Click “Log in”

You’ll be automatically logged in and taken to your main dashboard.

2. Click the star icon next to it
3. It appears in your “Shortcuts” section
